Symptom
- Clarification is required on how party assignments affect access to Cases.
- A user is assigned to a Case using a standard employee party role, such as Approver.
- A user is assigned to a Case using a custom employee party role, such as Case Follower.
- There is uncertainty whether assigning a user as a party automatically grants permission to view or edit the Case.
- Users assigned as parties may not be able to access the Case as expected.
