3751001 - Latest Applicant Workbench - Resume Keyword Filter Not Working for Forwarded Candidates - Recruiting Management

Symptom

In the Redesigned Applicant Workbench, the Resume Keyword filter does not return results for candidates who have been forwarded to a requisition.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click on Filters in the Latest Applicant Workbench.
  2. Select the Resume filter option.
  3. Enter the keyword and press Enter.
  4. Observe that forwarded candidates who contain the entered keyword in their resumes are not displayed in the filtered results.

Cause

The cause is being investigated.

Resolution

Product Engineering is investigating a solution.
