Symptom
After navigating from the Manage Customer Line Items app, the Display Dunning History app shows a specific dunning level pre-set in its filter. No default filter is applied when opening the Display Dunning History app directly.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Manage Customer Line Items app.
- Select a customer line item and click the customer link.
- From the navigation options, choose Display Dunning History.
- Observe that the target app Display Dunning History has a specific dunning level pre-populated in its filter.
Cause
When the Dunning Level column is selected in the Manage Customer Line Items app, its value is passed as a parameter during cross-app navigation and is automatically applied as a filter in the target Display Dunning History app.
Resolution
- Remove the Dunning Level column from the view in the Manage Customer Line Items app.
- Refresh the app by refreshing the browser.
- Navigate again from the Manage Customer Line Items app to the Display Dunning History app.
- Verify that the target app no longer has a default dunning level set in the filter and displays the expected data.
