3751129 - How to Configure User Registration for Digital Access ?

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Follow below steps for Configuration Steps for User Registration :

1. Open the Manage Your Solution app.
2. Navigate to 'Configure Your Solution'.
3. Choose configuration activity '105628 - User Registration for Digital Access'.
4. Choose New Entries.
5. For SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (SAP Intelligent RPA):
   1. In the Context field, select SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation from the dropdown list.
   2. In the Technical User field, enter the technical user that is used to identify indirect usage. You can add multiple users, as required.
   3. Make sure the Don’t Count checkbox remains unchecked.
   4. Choose Save.
6. For Third-Party Scheduler: 
   1. In the Technical User field, enter the technical user and select the Don't Count checkbox.You can add multiple users, as required.
   2. Choose Save.

In case while using SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) :

1. Log on to the project experience in SAP Central Business Configuration.
2. Select the relevant project.
3. Navigate to the configurations activity tab. 
4. Choose configuration activity '105628 - User Registration for Digital Access'.
5. Select the configuration activity to navigate directly to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
6. Choose New Entries.
7. For SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (SAP Intelligent RPA):
   1. In the Context field, select SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation from the dropdown list.
   2. In the Technical User field, enter the technical user that is used to identify indirect usage. You can add multiple users, as required.
   3. Make sure the Don’t Count checkbox remains unchecked.
   4. Choose Save.
8. For Third-Party Scheduler: 
   1. In the Technical User field, enter the technical user and select the Don't Count checkbox.You can add multiple users, as required.
   2. Choose Save.
9. Save the changes.
