In assessment object settings, the “clear all objective flags” checkbox becomes misaligned at wider browser widths (around ≥1770 px), appearing between columns; when the window is narrower (around <1770 px), it aligns with the “on failure” column.

1. Go to Learning administration.
2. Navigate to Content > Assessments.
3. Open any assessment.
4. From the assessment menu, select Settings.
5. Resize the browser window:
6. Set width to around ≥1770 px and observe the “clear all objective flags” checkbox appears between columns.
7. Reduce width to around <1770 px and observe the checkbox aligns with the “on failure” column.

Regression in the assessment settings user interface layout that causes column misalignment at wider browser widths.

1. Verify the behavior by adjusting the browser window width as described in the reproduction steps.
2. Note that a code fix has been provided and is scheduled for the 2H 2026 release (preview rollout planned for October 12; production rollout planned for November 13–14).
3. No configuration changes are required; the fix will be applied by the release.
4. As a temporary mitigation, reduce the browser window width below approximately 1770 pixels to keep the checkbox aligned.
5. After the release is available in your environment, retest the assessment settings page to confirm the checkbox is correctly aligned across window widths.
