Documents with specific withholding tax codes are not displayed in the Modelo 111 report in the Manage Withholding Tax Items app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Run Statutory Reports app.
2. Select the Modelo 111 report (ES_WHT_111).
3. Choose the relevant reporting entity and month, then run the report.
4. Observe that documents posted with certain withholding tax codes are not listed in the output.

Missing configuration in SSCUI 104311 - "Assign Country/Region-Specific Withholding Tax Keys to Withholding Tax Codes" for the affected withholding tax type and codes.

1. Open the configuration activity SSCUI 104311 - "Assign Country/Region-Specific Withholding Tax Keys to Withholding Tax Codes".
2. Add or complete the required mappings for the affected withholding tax type and codes, ensuring the correct Recipient Type is maintained for each code.
