Symptom

With Latest Performance Experience, Private Goals are visible in Completed Performance Forms to users who have no private-access permission. The same goals are not visible for these users in Goal Management or while the Performance Form is in-progress stage.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable Latest Performance Management
  2. Open a completed Performance Form with a user who has no private-access permission in goal plan
  3. Private goals are visible
  4. Route the form back to in-progress step
  5. Private goals are not visible

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
