Symptom
- The "Invites" section in SAP Signavio is no longer visible.
- Users added to the Admin group in CIS (Cloud Identity Services) do not appear in the SAP Signavio User Management screen.
- Unable to onboard or manage additional users.
- There is a disconnect between CIS group assignment and SAP Signavio user provisioning.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open SAP Signavio and navigate to User Management; observe the "Invites" section is not visible.
- In CIS (Cloud Identity Services), add a user to the Admin group.
- Return to SAP Signavio User Management and verify the user list; the added user does not appear.
Cause
User management (including the Invites function) is not active in workspaces created after the 6th of May; the source system for users and groups is the connected SAP IAS instance, and provisioning must occur via SAP IAS.
Resolution
- Manage users and groups only in the connected SAP IAS instance (CIS), not in the SAP Signavio interface.
- In SAP IAS, create the required groups for the SAP Signavio workspace as described in the product documentation.
- Assign users in SAP IAS to the appropriate groups (for example, Admin) for SAP Signavio.
- Allow synchronization from SAP IAS to the SAP Signavio workspace to complete, then verify that users appear in the User Management list.
