3751309 - Issue with Sending 360 Reviews Form/Report Copy - 360 Multi-Rater

• Adding a user directly in the Send copy search bar does not populate the Selected Users list.
• Adding a user via Find Employee shows the user under Selected Users, but sending the copy fails with: "OData Service massSend360Copy Failed, Error Status: error, errorThrown: Error Message: The mass send copy recipients hasn't been given or list is empty".
• The system treats the Selected Users list as empty when attempting to send the copy.

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Reviews

1. Open 360 Reviews and start the Send copy action for a form/report.
2. Add a user via the Send copy search bar and observe the user is not added under Selected Users.
3. Add a user via Find Employee and observe the user appears under Selected Users.
4. Click Send and observe the error: "OData Service massSend360Copy Failed, Error Status: error, errorThrown: Error Message: The mass send copy recipients hasn't been given or list is empty".

This is Known Issue.

This is know issue and our Engineering team fix has been created and will be deployed as part of the 2611 release Preview : October 12th 2026, Production : November 13-14th 2026.

Workaround:

Is to avoid using the Advanced Search dialog for this use case, and only rely on the input search field.
