3751320 - It's not possible to reprice a service contract with billed billing request lines

Symptom

While working with a service contract, there are already multiple billing request lines in the document, in status 'Billed'. When trying to reprice this service contract, it's not possible because the reprice buttons are greyed out, in both header and item level.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

The reprice is disabled because the service contract billing status is "Completely billed", this means every billing request line in this document has billing status "Fully Billed".

Resolution

If it's necessary to reprice the service contract, the billing status needs to go back to billing status "Partially billed" or "Not billed". By cancelling at least one billing document from one of the billing request lines the status goes back to "Partially billed", by cancelling all the related billing documents it goes back to "Not billed".

Note: once the service contract is repriced, all the billing document requests that had status "To Be Invoiced" are automatically rejected.
