3751374 - Why is the System ID missing in the payload header when I send a document from my SAP ERP system to SAP Business Network or SAP Ariba Sourcing through Managed Gateway for Spend&Network?

Symptom

When you send a document from your SAP ERP system to SAP Business Network or SAP Ariba Sourcing through Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, the System ID is not present in the payload header after the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network standard mapping.
