3751402 - When creating a job requisition from Position Org Chart a trash can is appearing in the Position's Job Requisition Details section - RCM/EC

A trash can is appearing next to the job requisition ID in the Position instead of the quick card when creating a job requisition from Position Org Chart.

This only happens if you create the job requisition for a future date.

The job requisition is not created yet, so the trash can represents the ability to delete the schedule of the creation of that job requisition in particular. The trash can would delete the slot that will create the job requisition in the defined future date.

This is an expected behavior of the system.

When the Job Requisition for a future date, the system doesn't create the job requisition immediately, it creates a placeholder for that job requisition so that when the quartz job responsible for the creation actually creates the job requisition.

This means that the trash can that appears right next to the ID will delete the scheduled action, and not the actual job requisition. And, since the job requisition is not yet created, the quick card that would open the job requisition also does not appear.

So, after the quartz job runs and the start date defined is reached, the job requisition will get created on the defined date and the quick card to open the job requisition will appear instead.
