3751428 - Quick action 'Change Phone Numbers' screen remain on loading when deleting last phone entry and record is not deleted – SAP Successfactors Employee Central

• When deleting multiple phone numbers added via Quick Action, the screen remains on loading (three dots) during deletion of the last phone number and the record is not deleted.
• In certain deletion orders, an incorrect message may appear instead of completing the deletion.
• No explicit error is shown in some cases; the UI remains stuck.
• The issue occurs when using Quick Action > Change Phone Numbers.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Ensure the Contact Information portlet has at least three phone number records (one set as primary).
2. Open Quick Actions and select Change Phone Numbers.
3. Delete the phone numbers one by one, leaving the last (for example, the primary) to delete at the end.
4. Observe that the page keeps loading and the last phone record is not deleted.

This is a Known Issue.

1. Workaround: delete phone numbers directly in the Contact Information portlet.

2. Our engineering team has identified the root cause and confirmed a fix for this issue. The fix will first be validated on our latest main version. Once validation is complete, the fix will be released as an official patch update. Please refer to ticket ECT-272061 for further updates and tracking.
