3751436 - 1H2026: “Error loading program details” during navigation (Item > Program > Activities > Item > Program Breadcrumb Navigation)

An error message shows up when opening the Program breadcrumb link following the below specified navigation steps:

“Error loading program details. Please try again.”

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Enroll in a Program
2. Search for one of the Program's Items in the Library
3. Open the Item
4. Open the related Program via “This course appears in …” from the Item details.
5. Open the “Activities” section within the Program.
6. Select an Item within the Activities.
7. Use the breadcrumb navigation to select “Program” (e.g., “My Learning / Program / …”).
8. The error message appears: “Error loading program details. Please try again.”

This is a Known Error.

This fix for this issue is planned to be delivered with the 2H 2026 major release.

As a workaround, the  browser's "Back" button can be used to properly navigate back to the program details page from the item details page.
