Symptom
- In the "Import Collection" app, the "Forward" option is not available.
- The message "Import is not supported in this type of tenant." is displayed.
- The "Settings" option in the app "Import Collection" is missing.
- Transport automation configuration cannot be performed.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Import Collection app in a test tenant.
- Observe that the Forward option is not available and the app shows the message "Import is not supported in this type of tenant."
- Observe that the Settings option is missing and transport automation cannot be configured.
Cause
During the Test Data Refresh (TDR) verification phase, which lasts for 48 hours, the transport of configurations and the export/import of software collections (cloud extension items) are suspended.
Resolution
As mentioned Verification and Confirmation | SAP Help Portal During the 48-hour test data refresh timeframe, the transports of configurations and the exports/imports of software collections (cloud extension items) are stopped.
- Verify whether a Test Data Refresh (TDR) is in the verification phase for the tenant.
- Understand that while the TDR verification phase is active, there is no workaround: transports and software collection import/export are intentionally stopped.
- Complete the verification tasks and provide the required confirmation to proceed with closing activities.
- After the transport stop is deactivated during closing, reopen the Import Collection app and retry; the Forward and Settings options should be available again.
