3751474 - Validation pop-up intermittently appears when changing start date in Review New Hire Data - Onboarding

When changing the start date of a candidate in Review New Hire Data step, the validation pop-up with message "This action will clear Job Information and Compensation Information. Do you want to continue?" appears intermittently.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Open Onboarding and navigate to New Hire Activities.
2. Start Review New Hire Data for a candidate.
3. Change the Start Date field.
4. Observe that the validation pop-up with message "This action will clear Job Information and Compensation Information. Do you want to continue? " appears in some cases but not in others.

This is expected behavior by system design.

The validation message appears when there is information filled in the Job Information or Compensation Information sections. If there is no data in those sections, the message will not appear when changing the start date.
