3751476 - Error: Conversion factor could not be determined — when replicating a material contract from SAP Ariba Sourcing to SAP ERP

Symptom

When I try to replicate a material contract from SAP Ariba Sourcing to SAP ERP through Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, the contract fails to replicate.

I see the following errors in the PurchasingContractERPConfirmation response payload:

[WARNING] Order unit <UoM> cannot be used

[ERROR] Conversion factor could not be determined
