3751501 - Cannot edit "Used for Billing" field against the milestone within the "WBS Element" app

Under the Milestones tab within the "WBS Element" app, it is not possible to edit the "Used for Billing" option against the milestone.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the project in the "Project Control - Enterprise Projects" app
2. Navigate to the "Project Planning" app, switch to edit mode.
3. Open the relevant WBS element.
4. Create a milestone.
5. Attempt to change the "Used for Billing" option from "No" to "Yes".
6. Observe the field is read-only.

The "Used for Billing" column in WBS milestones is read-only by design. It only indicates whether the milestone is referenced in a sales order billing plan. "No" means the milestone has not been used in a billing plan within a sales order.

Use the "Manage Sales Orders - Version 2" app to link the project milestone to billing plan items, then return to "Project Planning" app and verify that the WBS milestone shows "Used for Billing" as "Yes" now.
