3751508 - In SYCM_API_CLASSIFICATION_MANAGR, the filter for the column 'State' in the API overview does not work.

Symptom

In program SYCM_API_CLASSIFICATION_MANAGR, filtering the 'State' column in the ALV output for values such as 'No API' or 'Classic API' shows no rows although matching data exists. No error message is displayed.
