3751530 - Onboarding tasks and HRBP emails go to group instead of individual selected in job requisition

• Onboarding tasks are assigned to a group of HRBPs instead of the individual HRBP selected in the Job Requisition.
• Email notifications associated with HRBP actions are sent to the entire group of HRBPs instead of the specific HRBP selected in the Job Requisition.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

1. In a Job Requisition, select an individual HRBP.
2. Start an onboarding process for a candidate linked to the requisition.
3. Observe that onboarding tasks are assigned to the HRBP group (Responsible/Dynamic groups) and email notifications are sent to the group rather than the selected individual.

Current system design limitation: assignment and notifications are based on Responsible/Dynamic groups; routing to the individually selected HRBP in the Job Requisition is not supported.

1. Note that assigning onboarding tasks and HRBP-related notifications directly to the individual HRBP selected in the Job Requisition is not supported in the current design.
2. Use Responsible or Dynamic groups to manage task ownership and notification recipients as designed.
3. If individual assignment/notification is required, submit an enhancement request for consideration in a future release.
