3751532 - Joule With SAP S/4 Public Cloud, User's Roles are Not Appearing in SAP Build Workzone

Symptom

Setting up the IPS transformations for SAP S/4 Public Cloud with Joule, the default transformation in IPS is used when setting up S/4 Public Cloud as the source system. Running the IPS job the job ends successfully but the user does not have roles assigned when checked in Workzone -> Settings -> Identity provisioning.
