3751548 - 'Mandatory condition TTX1 is missing' in S/4 Service (S4CRM) transaction document

In S/4 HANA Service (S/4CRM), when creating a Service Order/Service Quotation, if the Vendor (Partner function Category: 0012 Vendor) has a different country (e.g., DE) from the TTX1's Departure Country (e.g., FR), the following errors occur. After changing the Vendor to one with the same country as the TTX1's Departure Country, the error disappears.
