3751646 - Onboarding Users Appear in Manage Pay Increase

• Users who are still in onboarding appear in Manage Pay Increase export (tariff export).
• The export/job output indicates the rate update was successful for these users.
• No new compensation information record is created for these users; onboarding profiles continue to show the previous rate.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Compensation information

1. Run Manage Pay Increase (tariff export) with selection criteria that include recently hired or onboarding users.
2. Review the export/job results and note that onboarding users with status d, e are listed.
3. Open the same user's employee profiles and verify that no new compensation information record is created.

• Engineering team has confirmed this as defect and it will be fixed in 2H2026 release. As a workaround kindly use Employee group to select the employees.This will filter the Onboarding users.
