3751702 - Audit trail does not record 'on hold' or 'confirmed' status changes for blocked partners

Symptom

  • In SAP GTS E4H 2023, after SPL screening and release, entries are visible in the audit trail report /SAPSLL/SPL_OAT_BPLO.
  • When a blocked partner is updated to “on hold” or “confirmed” block status in /SAPSLL/SPL_BLBPLO, the change is not recorded in the audit trail.
  • As a result, the user who performed the “on hold” or “confirmed” update cannot be identified from the audit trail.
  • No error messages are displayed.
