3751745 - Schedule Failure when Using CROSS-TAB Table Widgets in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports

Symptom

Story schedules fail when the scheduled content includes a CROSS TAB widget. The schedule job ends with a failure status and reports below error in the job details:
  • "Error [Application]: (#50) Listener call failed to InAQMgrStartupAction | Reason: null"

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors

    • SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a new Story, or use an existing one.
  2. Create a new Schedule for the story.
  3. In Choose the data you want to retrieve, select Table Widgets in Story.
  4. Select a CROSS‑TAB widget from the story.
  5. Submit the schedule.
  6. The schedule completes with status Failed.
  7. In Job Details, the following exact error message is displayed:
    "Error (#50) Listener call failed to InAQMgrStartupAction | Reason: null"

Cause

The issue is caused by a defect in the product

Resolution

  • A fix for this issue has been implemented and tested internally.
  • The fix has already been deployed to the Preview environments last week. For the Test and Production environment, the deployment is planned for this weekend (May 16-17) part of SAC QRC2 upgrade.
  • Please refer to maintenance document.
