3751817 - Register Extensions for Transport (F1589) error "packages have different transport layers" when reassigning custom analytical query

Symptom

  • When attempting to reassign a custom analytical query using the Fiori app Register Extensions for Transport (F1589) from package TEST_YY_KEY_USER_LOCAL to ZCOFIORI, the error is shown: "Item ZZ1_XXXX of type DDLS could not be added anew. Packages have different transport layers."
  • The user cannot change the current package due to missing authorizations.
