Symptom

  • When opening the Employee Profile HCM Fiori application, AppID F8021 employee profile app, the page shows: "Sorry, we can't find this page."
  • Error detail: "Multiple instances returned for entity C_HCMEMPLOYEEPUBLICPROFILE using given key."
  • HTTP 500 internal server error observed from the odata v4 service.
  • Error code in logs: SADL_GW054.
