3751922 - Error displaying Pay Statement in the SF Mobile App - 1H 2026 - SAP_HR 608 < E5

After the 1H 2026 release, when displaying an Employee Payslip in the SuccessFactors Mobile App, neither the Pay Statement history nor the latest Payslip is displayed OR one of the the following errors are raised:

• Your payroll system is not configured to work with the Success Factors mobile app. Please contact your IT administrator.
  
  
• The system failed to generate the access token. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator.
  Error: Invalid scope
  Error Description: The requested OAuth 2.0 scope cannot be granted because it is either not assigned to the current user or to the OAuth 2.0 client.
  
  
• Any other error related to the SAML2 and OAuth 2.0 configuration.
