3751990 - Incorrect “Created On” Timestamp Display in Job Information Portlet

Symptom

When a Job Information record is created and later corrected, the “Created On” time displayed in the Job Information portlet does not match the actual creation time and defaults to a fixed time, regardless of when the change was made.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. On history icon of Job Information card
  2. Create a new record
  3. See the "Created On" timestamp shows the time the record was created as expected
  4. Then Click on Correct and change some information on the record
  5. Click "Save
  6. The “Created On” timestamp shows incorrect value.

Resolution

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation by engineering. Please follow this KBA for updates.
