Symptom
In "Password & Login Policy Settings", when adding an API login exception and clicking "Save", the button is unresponsive and no error message is shown.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Password & Login Policy Settings.
- Select Add under API login exception.
- Enter all required details (for example, username, password age settings, IP address restrictions).
- Click Save. The Save action does not perform any action and no message is displayed.
Resolution
As workaround, the behavior can be resolved by disabling the “Hide Username in the UI” option under Platform Feature Settings page.
A correction has been scheduled to be applied on June 4th. This patch updates the search component by implementing an alternative solution that reuses the same backend functionality previously used by the application.
After the patch is applied, it will be possible to add new exceptions in the new UI even when the “Hide Username in UI” option is enabled.
