3752027 - Unable to add Employee Central portlets for an EP User on Latest People Profile - Employee Central

Symptom

In Latest People Profile the Basic data was created for user via import or API, following is noted:

  • For this user no EC card is available;
  • Unable to manually add EC data directly in Latest People Profile UI;

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Cause

As user was created via Import/API then system expects that all required EC cards are also filled by import.

Resolution

Please import user data as explained in following KBA:
