It is not possible to create a Stock Transport Order to transfer the goods between two different WBS Elements.

With a Stock Transport Order, project stock can be transferred between plants only when it remains assigned to the same WBS element. Issuing stock from one WBS element and receiving it into a different WBS element is not supported. In short, STOs allow movement of the same project stock between plants, but do not permit changing the WBS element during the transfer.

Using the Post Goods Movement app, a transfer posting with movement type 415 Q enables transferring project stock between two different WBS elements (i.e., different projects).
