  • LDAP users are not being mapped to the corresponding LDAP groups after adding new LDAP authorization groups.
  • The same configuration works in another environment.
  • User-to-group mapping appears empty in the affected environment.
  • No error message is shown on the front end.
  • CMS logs does not have the UserReload process
