3752103 - unable to create time event: "internal error" when creating clock in time event (clock in/clock out)

• Error message: "An error occurred while processing the request. Please contact the system administrator. Details: Internal error".
• Unable to create a time event for users.
• The error occurs when attempting to create a Clock In time event.

• SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
• Clock In/ Clock Out

1. Open Create Time Event.
2. Select Clock In.
3. Enter a time (for example, 4:29 AM).
4. Save the time event and observe the error: "An error occurred while processing the request. Please contact the system administrator. Details: Internal error".
   

Check Tool

Time Event Type is not synchronized from Clock In Clock Out.

1. Go to Check Tool.
2. Enter Application as 'Clock In Clock Out'.
3. Run check for - Time Event Types are synchronized (TimeEventTypeSynchronized).
4. Check if there are issues found.
   
   
   
   
5.  Use Quick Fix to fix these issues.
   
6. Rerun the check again to see if the issues have been fixed.
