3752154 - Invalid date error shown after resume upload due to parsing validations - Recruiting Management

When uploading resume with resume parsing in external career site, an error appears "Invalid date."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to the external career site and start an application for any job.
2. Upload a resume.
3. Select Next.
4. Observe error as "Invalid Date".

Resume content includes non-compliant date formats (for example, "20xx" instead of a valid four‑digit year like "2011"), leading to "Invalid Date" validation errors.
