3752184 - Delete feedback button is still visible despite 'disable deleting feedback' option enabled

Delete feedback button is still visible for some feedbacks despite the 'disable deleting feedback' option is enabled in the instance.

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

1. Enable the "Disable Deleting Feedback" option in "Continuous Performance Management Configuration".
2. Open a continuous feedback record.
3. Notice that the "Delete Feedback" button is still visible.

This is expected behavior when below conditions are met:

• the feedback requester is the user's previous manager; And
• the option "Automatically Hide Prior Feedback Requested or Given by Former Manager from the New Manager" is enabled.

In this case, the "Delete Feedback" button remains available for the subject user for this specific feedback record, even though "Disable Deleting Feedback" is enabled.
