3752340 - Cannot connect to server using message server while launching ID and ESR - for particular user

Symptom

An error occurs when launching the SAP PO ID and ESR using Java Web Start.

Error message:
"Cannot connect to server using message server: ms://vhadnpo6cs.sap.adnoc.ae:8101/P4"

The issue appears in a newly set up user environment.
The application works correctly for all other users, indicating that the problem is isolated to the affected user’s machine.
