Symptom

Only 1 Degree is shown in Education section of Job Profiles, when the New Admin Experience of Manage Job Profiles tool is enabled.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Job Profiles with the New Admin Experience enabled.
  2. In the new UI, edit a job profile and navigate to the Education section.
  3. Determine that only one Degree can be added.
  4. Disable the New Admin Experience.
  5. Edit the same job profile and navigate to the Education section.
  6. Notice that two Degrees can be added.

Resolution

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.

Workaround: Disable the "New Experience" toggle in Manage Job Profiles tool at the top right corner.
