3752401 - Contact Information not loading in submitted Personal data review for External User - Onboarding

• For external onboardee users, the Contact Information block in the submitted Personal Data review page (Latest People Profile view) does not load and remains in an infinite loading state.
• Other sections such as Personal Information and Address load correctly for the same users.
• The same Contact Information is visible when viewed by an internal user/manager.
• Onboardees can provide/edit Contact Information during the Personal Data Collection step without issues.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Sign in as an external onboardee user.
2. Open the submitted Personal Data review from the Latest People Profile.
3. Navigate to the Contact Information block.
4. Observe that the Contact Information block keeps loading indefinitely while other sections load correctly.
