3752406 - Give Badge Option Missing from Take Action for Contingent Worker Profiles 1H 2026

The "Give Badge" option is not available under Actions > Take Action for contingent worker profiles. In subsequent replication, "Give a Badge" is missing in both Spotlight (All Actions) and the full People Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Contingent Workforce

1. Log in to the instance.
2. Navigate to a contingent worker’s profile.
3. Open Actions > Take Action and observe that "Give Badge" is not listed.
4. Open the same contingent worker in Spotlight and check All Actions for "Give a Badge".

The issue will be fixed in 2H 2026 release.

Workaround: Employees can use Give badge button in the Badge card in the spotlight view.
