Symptom

  • GRDC data mapping/import job displays status "Request Sent" and no data is loaded for a specific entity.
  • Source data check and mapping validation show "Successful".
  • The same job completes successfully for other entities or when the dataset is split into smaller batches.
  • A system error may appear in service runtime monitoring (for example, message 854).
  • Logs may include the message: "Posting with identical currencies, but amounts do not agree".
