3752438 - 1H2026 Learning approvals cannot be performed using BizX proxy

• After 1H2026 release learning approval cannot be performed using BizX proxy.
• The header is blocking the final confirmation button.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Sign in to BizX and use proxy to act as the manager of a user.
2. Open To‑Do > Learning approvals.
3. Select approve or deny for a pending learning approval and click Next.
4. Click Next again to proceed to confirmation.
5. Observe that the final confirm button is covered by the heade. When not using proxy, the header does not block the button.

1H2026 release issue.

1. The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.
2. As a temporary workaround, the managers can perform the approvals themselves.
