3752528 - Talent Card Readiness Rating dropdown shows only selected value on first reopen, all options appear after second click

In Talent Card nomination readiness rating dropdown, after selecting a value, the first reopen shows only the selected option, while clicking again displays all available options.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

1. Navigate to Succession > Succession Org Chart.
2. Open a user’s Talent Card.
3. Add a nomination via the plus button.
4. Search for and select a position, proceed to the step where Readiness Rating is chosen.
5. Select a readiness rating value.
   
    
6. Reopen the readiness rating dropdown: only the selected value is shown.
   
   
   
   
7. Click the dropdown again: the full list of readiness rating options appears.

This is the current expected system behavior and is working as designed. click the readiness rating dropdown again to display all available options.
