3752561 - Inbound payload/message delivered successfully although customer/vendor updates fail, and errors are logged in MDS_PPO2

Symptom

A web service message was processed by the inbound web service interface BusinessPartnerSUITEBulkReplicateRequest_In in namespace http://sap.com/xi/SAP_BS_FND/MDG/Global2 and the status is shown as successful. While the business partner data was created or updated as expected, the customer or supplier data that was part of the web service message was not created or updated on the database.
