3752573 - Hide rater category when recalling feedback is not working as expected

• The option for “Hide rater category when recalling feedback” is enabled in the Form Template Settings.
• Despite enabling this setting, category names are still visible during the feedback recall process.

1. Enable the “Hide rater category when recalling feedback” option in the 360 form template settings.
2. Start a 360 review and recall feedback.
3. Observe that rater categories remain visible during recall.

1. The “Hide rater category when recalling feedback” feature only applies when the rater recalls their own feedback and the rater can see exactly one record in the Evaluation Summary table (the rater is the only participant they can see).
2. When the process owner recalls their own feedback, rater categories are not hidden by design.
