Environment
A user receives an in-system Fieldglass notification for an upcoming SSH key or encryption asset auto-rotation, and
the message appears to have been sent by a named colleague (e.g., a buyer user) rather than by SAP Fieldglass itself.
- The recipient is unsure whether the notification was manually triggered by that person or automatically generated by the system.
- The message sender name displayed is the name of the configured Buyer Contact for the company, not a generic system sender.
