3752577 - SSH Key / Encryption Asset Rotation Alert in SAP Fieldglass Appears to Be Sent by a Named User Instead of the System

Encryption Keys and Certificates notifications in SAP Fieldglass appear as sent from another user, such as the Buyer user. Customers want to understand why the notification sender displays a specific user name and how the notification is associated with that user.

A user receives an in-system Fieldglass notification for an upcoming SSH key or encryption asset auto-rotation, and
the message appears to have been sent by a named colleague (e.g., a buyer user) rather than by SAP Fieldglass itself.

• The recipient is unsure whether the notification was manually triggered by that person or automatically generated by the system.
• The message sender name displayed is the name of the configured Buyer Contact for the company, not a generic system sender.
