The program section is not marked as completed (missing checkmark icon) when "enableLegacyUIReplacement" is enabled on LMS_ADMIN configuration ID.

1. Go to learning home page >
2. Select and open the desired program >
3. Click on "View Program" >
   1. With LMS_ADMIN setting "enableLegacyUIReplacement" set to "true", observe that completed sections do not show a checkmark;
   2. With LMS_ADMIN setting "enableLegacyUIReplacement" set to "false", observe that completed sections shows a checkmark;
