Symptom
- IOS users of the SuccessFactors Mobile app are automatically disconnected on a roughly weekly basis.
- The mobile policy “all mobile users are required to reauthenticate their mobile profile periodically” is enabled with duration set to 180 days, yet users are prompted much earlier.
- After reactivating mobile access by scanning the QR code, access works, but after about 2 weeks the app prompts to log in again.
- No password reset, manual logout, or device change occurs before the prompt.
- Affects users authenticated via identity authentication.
- No specific error message was reported.
