3752639 - I see "no data found" when searching for users in Procurement Operations Desk

• I am not able to find users when I perform a search within Procurement Operations Desk while trying to reassign a purchase request in the Assigned tab.
• I am also not able to find users when I search while creating a queue and selecting an agent.
• The UI displays the message "No data found" after I try searching users.
• In some cases, I receive the message "An error occurred, please try again later".
