Symptom
- Opportunity Marketplace dropdown options for Track or Manage Opportunity are not visible until hovered over the exact option.
- Not able to see the options for Track My Opportunities or Manage Opportunity Offerings.
Environment
- Product: SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the instance
- Navigate to My Opportunities.
- Click on Track My Opportunities.
- The list are blank, however, if we hovered over the exact option it shows
Cause
In Theme Manager, the Header Text Color under Tables and Lists is set to white, making dropdown options effectively invisible until hovered.
Resolution
- Open Theme Manager.
- Select the active (default) theme.
- Choose Fine Tune.
- Navigate to Tables and Lists.
- Locate Header Text Color and change it from white to black.
- Save and apply the theme changes.
- Refresh the page and verify that dropdown options are now visible without hovering.
